Delivery
We deliver to the following regions: United Kingdom / Channel Islands / Europe and USA.
Products other than Contact Lenses will be dispatched within 48 hours, or if there is any delay you will be contacted by email.Contact Lenses will be dispatched within 72 hours after your prescription has been verified by your contact lens practitioner.
Please allow 3 - 5 working days for the United Kingdom delivery and 10 - 15 for any other European Country. (Monday to Friday)
Replacement Policy
-Products returned by you because of a defect will be examined by us and upon confirmation by us of the defect we will replace the Product.
-To return an item, you must inform us in writing and return the Products to us (Our address will be supplied once your written explaining the reason, via our email address.) you will then recieve a Returns Authorisation Number and quote this when returning the Products. You must do this immediately, and return the Products in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk.
-Subject to any statutory provisions having mandatory effect upon us in Jersey, Channel Islands, we do not operate a refunds policy.
-If your lenses are supplied to the wrong specification.-The Contact lenses themselves, are supplied damaged.
- Opened boxes or vials of coloured lenses will not be exchanged or replaced if the colour is found to be unsuitable.- We are not responsible for the handling and shipping charges for returned products.

News
British Contact Lens Association warns: ‘Don’t cut corners on contact lens care during recession’
The BCLA and the General Optical Council have today issued a press release to consumer media urging Britain’s 3.5 million contact lens wearers not to endanger their eye health and comfort during the recession through risky contact lens practices.
The BCLA’s advice is that contact lens wearers should not change their prescribed lens type, wearing schedule, replacement frequency, solutions or care procedures without the recommendation of their eye care practitioner.
Other examples of high-risk contact lens practices include:
· wearing a damaged or torn lens instead of replacing it.
· cutting down on lens cleaning to save on solutions costs.
· switching to solutions that may not be compatible with the eye or lens
· sleeping in lenses not suitable for overnight wear to avoid buying solutions.
